Yes, The Espen Residences is a pet-friendly community. The Espen allows a maximum of 2 pets per home. For each pet, we require a $300 refundable pet deposit, a one-time $200 non-refundable pet fee, and $50 monthly pet rent. The following breeds are not permitted in our community: Akitas, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Terriers, and Wolf-Hybrids.

The underground heated parking garage in the apartment building is $50 per month. Each townhome has an attached two-stall parking garage with no additional fee. Otherwise, we also offer a surface parking lot included in the monthly rent.

The application fee for The Espen Residences is $50 per adult.
